During my time at Peer Insight, we worked with the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) to reimagine their student residency matching program. AAMC's process for matching med students with potential residencies was clunky, outdated, and by no means, user-friendly. Students had to often take secondary measures to organize programs they were hoping to be matched with, which proved to be a burdensome task.   In addition to our customer research and prototyping concepts, we held multiple workshops with AAMC's core project team as a way to walk them through findings at certain project milestones. 
My role was to take the data and insights the Innovation Consultant and Design Strategist were gathering and to organize it into digestible infographics for the client workshops.
